At Weave, we are clear that the conventional modern ways of living are crumbling. We see this in Tulum, as well as in many other places around the world: empty spaces, buildings disconnected from their purpose, skyrocketing costs, and a devastating impact on nature and human life.

On one hand, today more than ever, we have access to the information, tools, and technologies needed to imagine and build spaces that have a positive impact on life. Yet we also live in a paradox: we’ve never had so much capacity to dream, and at the same time, we’ve never been so distracted and disoriented—floating between ideas without being able to ground them in reality.

For the past 22 years, we’ve been developing a method rooted in a single vision: to create well-being, abundance, and prosperity as we build spaces ranging from the scale of a single home to neighborhoods and entire regions of the planet. Our purpose is to spark and facilitate an avant-garde movement—a new way of developing territories by weaving healthy, honest, transparent, and deep relationships among all the people who bring projects to life, with bodies of water, forests, and animals; revitalizing ancestral cultures that exist beyond time; using the best of contemporary technology; and caring for life in all its forms.
